PF-10 Power Feed Slab / Trim Saw |

This precision-built slab/trim saw has a
clutch-activated automatic feed control for slabbing that can be used in
conjunction with the crossfeed indexing vise. Each complete turn of the
crossfeed handle moves the vise 1/16", with over 2" of crossfeed
travel. The plywood vise blocks hold up to 4" of material and can be
swung clear for handheld trimming. A toggle switch allows the saw motor to
operate independently of the power feed system for manual slabbing or
trimming. The PF-10 accepts 8", 9", and 10" blades. The 12" x 19.5" self-aligning table top is easily removable for blade changes and oil filling. A large coolant tank reduces the need for frequent sludge removal. A 1/3 motor drives a heavy-duty 5/8" steel shaft with sealed bearings. Full belt cover is included for operator protection. Mounting holes are provided for bolting unit to a table top. |

PF-IO comes with a sheet metal table cover to minimize coolant spray
outside of the sawing table area. Includes 303
Professional continuous rim 10" x .040 x 5/8" blade. We recommend only using oil as a coolant for this saw. If water is used as a coolant tank should be drained after each use and a rust inhibitor additive utilized with water. |
